The Installation Process:
The installation of termex is very quick and waste effective. Termex is installed by the use of our unique workhorse, where bales are fluffed and introduced to a water/glue solution. As such we have our own trained operators to install the product.
* It is essential that a reliable 240V 13amp electrical supply is available on site for the equipment to be linked to.
Below is a three stage example of blowing termex insulation into a timber-frame partition.

Stage 1 - The Wall Application Stage: Termex is simply blown into the timber-frame partitions. .
Stage 2 - The Cut & Face Stage: A special roller is used to cut and face the material to the depth of the timber-frame, leaving a flush finish and eliminating cold spots.
Stage 3 - Recycling / Cleanup Stage: The deposited material that has fallen to the floor can be sucked up by the workhorse. The reclaimed material can be pumped to other locations within a building, such as the loft, leaving no waste.
