Termex insulation materials are manufactured from clean newspaper, source locally to the Finnish Factory, where vegetable-oil-based natural pigments have been used for ink.

Non-volatile boric minerals are used to protect the insulation against fire, rot and vermin.

The manufacturing process is energy efficient as the process involves the shredding of recycled paper and the introduction of non-volatile boric minerals.

There is no waste product when using termex insulation; the unique installation equipment has the facility to draw back material leaving no waste on site.

When the building lifecycle expires, Termex can be reused as insulation or as a soil conditioner.

As the scope on sustainability is becoming more apparent, construction waste on a whole needs to be reduced. Termex provides a step towards a greener, more sustainable building.
